History
The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is the franchisor of a leading full-service Network of independently owned and operated residential and commercial real estate brokerage firms. The company awarded its first affiliation in 1988 and quickly strengthened its presence to become one of the largest real estate networks in the industry. In 1997, The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. and Prudential Relocation came together to form the industry's first fully integrated real estate and relocation company. Today, after more than a decade of strategic growth, the Prudential Real Estate network is comprised of 2,100 offices and 64,000 sales professionals throughout the United States and Canada. The Network's annual sales volume for 2007 reached $170.6 billion with 483,000 transaction sides.
