Having lived in my home town for many years and in new surroundings, I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of others that allowed me to feel welcome and at home. I have been selling real estate since 2005 and began my affiliation with Prudential Triple S Realty in 2007 as a Broker Associate. I use my life experiences along with what I have learned in the real estate industry to assist the local residents of the Cortez area and those relocating here with their real estate needs. I continue to better myself and to better serve the public through additional education and certification in the field of real estate. I look forward to serving your real estate needs.
I am a Colorado native, raised on the eastern plains in Sterling. I headed west to the mountains in 1984 at which time I was introduced to the hospitality industry and property management in Breckenridge, Colorado. I met and married Lois, my loving wife; purchased our first home together in Alma. In August of 1999 we left the mountains in search of our new home which brought us to Cortez. I continued with property management while commuting to Durango for the next several years. Lois and I enjoy this area with its diversity, not only the surrounding landscape; mountains, canyons, farm land and desert, but also the people that make Cortez a special and unique place to live. Living here, I am able to continue to take pleasure in mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and hunting; along with raising sheep and gardening.
