Hello! I'm Joyce Bowles and I would like to welcome you to beautiful Southwestern Colorado. Come and enjoy the best!! I have lived in Colorado all my life and have been a resident of the Cortez area since July, 1975. My husband and I have two grown children and two grandchildren.
I have had my real estate license since May, 1989 and received my GRI certification in 1994. During my real estate career I have listed and sold in-town residential, rural residential, farm and ranch land, vacant land, commercial and investment properties. Prior to my real estate career, I spent 18 years in the banking industry and 2 years at a Title Company.
Since beginning my real estate career, I have held several offices for our Board. I have also served on the Ethics and Profession Standards Committee, Multiple Listing Service Committee, Nomination Committee, Past President to our Board of Directors, Instructor for our First-Time Home Buyers classes, Scholarship Committee and Dean Hanson Memorial Golf Tournament Committee. I was "Realtor of the Year" in 1996.
I have found my life as a "realtor" to be very challenging and most rewarding. "Happiness and Satisfaction" are key words for both buyers and sellers and I work hard to achieve this goal. I enjoy my work very much and look forward to helping you.
