Sebastian fell in love with Colorado in the late 80’s and finally left his home state of Maine for good back in 1990. Durango was the city of choice for Sebastian and he graduated, with honors, from Fort Lewis College(FLC) in 1995.
Following his graduation from FLC, Sebastian was involved with opening local Durango businesses Steamworks Brewing Company and Animas City Rock Gym. Finally, having dabbled in real estate on the side, Sebastian made the move to full-time real estate sales, investment consultation, leasing and development in 1999.
Since his arrival at Prudential Triple S Realty, he has been an award-winning agent and recently received the coveted Chairman’s Circle – Gold Award from Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.
Sebastian is known for putting his “money where his mouth is” and has purchased several homes, income properties and rentals in the Durango area. Sebastian is involved with many area charities and has served on the Community Services Committee of the Durango Area Association of Realtors for over 7 years.
He is an avid mountain biker, motocross rider and racer, snowboarder, kayaker, tennis player and most recently took up ice hockey. Sebastian Hartley… expect honesty, integrity and results!
